Ryoichi Endo was harder to find than Wally, but VMJ pulled off the impossible! The artist is doing better than ever and is currently in the music studio prepping for his grand return to the music scene! Looks like this isn’t the ENDS just yet!

In a surprising twist of fate, Ryoichi Endo is defying expectations that his musical career had reached its conclusion. Despite speculations of fading into obscurity, the enigmatic vocalist is reemerging with renewed passion. With a fresh album currently in the works, Ryoichi Endo appears to be steadily preparing for a triumphant comeback approximately 15 years following his period of silence. Fans, who have eagerly awaited the artist’s return to the music industry, can now exhale a sigh of relief: ENDS is not over just yet! Ryoichi Endo is at the present time diligently crafting new music.
For the record, Ryoichi Endo initially rose to fame as the vocalist of Japan’s synthpop/industrial pioneers, Soft Ballet. Formed in 1987, Soft Ballet garnered a strong cult shaping modern electronic music in Japan throughout the 1990s. Following Soft Ballet’s first disbandment in 1995, Ryoichi Endo launched his project ENDS. Despite Soft Ballet’s subsequent reformations and breakups, Ryoichi Endo remained dedicated to his solo project, ENDS, until 2005. With eight studio albums under his belt, the artist took a hiatus from the music scene to explore commercial voice-over opportunities.
This extended break has only heightened anticipation for Ryoichi Endo’s comeback. The artist’s personal and musical growth during this period of introspection is sure to shine through in his new music. While details about the upcoming album, including its release date, musical style, and so on, remain a mystery, one thing is certain: ENDS is not over yet, a new album is currently being recorded. Ryoichi Endo’s highly anticipated return to the music scene will be a seismic event. Get ready to witness the resurgence of a grand vocalist and artist.

  • Notes:
ENDS’ latest album is titled Found and was released in 2005.
ENDS’ latest concert was held on June, 15 of year 2009.
Official website is currently being renovated.

Stay tuned, VMJ will keep you updated!
