The drummer’s, Tetsu, powerful beats reverberated through the venue, each strike filled with intensity. The bassist’s, SEELA, imposing presence and groove added a hypnotic depth to the live. The guitarist and composer CIPHER radiating confidence, delivered electrifying riffs that soared through the night. On stage, the vocalist kyo radiated happiness, his genuine joy in performing lighting up the room. His infectious enthusiasm and spirited engagement with the audience were met with an equally passionate response, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The concert reached its climax with What’s Yours is Mine, a track that perfectly embodied D’ERLANGER‘s essence with a blend of punk and groovy sounds. The energy was palpable as the band and audience became one, unified in a high-intensity musical experience.
The MC segments were warm and engaging, adding a personal touch to the concert. kyo lightened the mood with his humor, saying, “We just entered August, so it’s insanely hot. The Olympics are hot. But don’t you think D’ERLANGER is even hotter?” He also expressed his joy at the audience’s renewed energy post-pandemic, noting: “It feels like you all are more passionate than ever before. You sing louder, and it makes me happy. Don’t hold back!“. The band closed the night with Love Like Blood, another sensual piece. 自動翻訳で読んだけど、すごく本質的なことにも迫っていてとても興味深かった。big gurlの具体的な由来についての話なんて初めて聞いたし。

Here’s my take on what was a turning point in LUNA SEA’s journey. I approached it from a wider angle than a standard report, as the weight of the circumstances made it feel heavier & deeper. Grateful to the band & crew for the invitation — truly honored to have witnessed it. 🖖🏼

Spent years watching Michael Jackson be crucified by the media and public opinion. Now, watching his resurrection got me thinking about revisionism, crowd psychology, and Japan’s very different relationship with artists. A article that finally found its way out. 🖖🏻
